Post-Construction Cleaning for General Contractors in Ohio
We work as a cleaning subcontractor for general contractors on new schools, hospitals and commercial buildouts. Work follows the final cleaning and waste management requirements in CSI MasterFormat Division 01 74 00 and Section 01 74 23.
Three-phase process
- Phase 1, rough clean: debris removal and rough vacuuming of drywall dust.
- Phase 2, final clean: detailed cleaning, adhesive and paint overspray removal, and millwork.
- Phase 3, touch-up: pre-inspection cleaning and owner punch-list handover.
Also included
Interior and exterior architectural glass detailing and sticker scraping, and floor preparation and first-finish sealing for newly installed VCT, tile and polished concrete. We are an insured subcontractor partner for general contractors.
